First Consultation

During the first consultation, we will discuss your symptoms, both physical and emotional, as well as your current and past medical history, personality, eating habits, and sleeping patterns. The aim is to gather as much information as possible to prescribe a remedy tailored specifically to you, not just your symptoms. The consultation will take approximately 60-90 minutes.

Follow Up

​

A follow-up consultation is scheduled 4-6 weeks later. This session will take 30-45 minutes to assess your progress and improvements. Any necessary adjustments in the potency and dosage of the remedy will be made at this time.
